How I Lost 10 Pounds in 2 Weeks! My Weight Loss Story

I used to think losing weight was one of the hardest things to accomplish in life. I'm sure there are many of you out there that can relate to me. I had no clue about weight loss and the things that influenced the fat in our bodies to burn. I figured that if I could lose 1 pound a month, I was on the right track! This is a short summary of what I found and how it helped to change my life...


No diet out there seemed to work for me. I've tried the low-carb diets, the Jenny Craigs and Weight Watchers, and even a few fitness programs. Now, I'm pretty sure that the fitness programs can work but I just had absolutely no time to attend these 5 days every single week since I work full-time. But I got lucky and was finally able to lose weight in record time when I discovered and began putting to use the knowledge I learned from a product that my friend told me about. No, this isn't some fake diet-pill that promises you extreme weight loss...it's a simple dieting book written by a professional health & fitness coach that knows much more than any other person I've talked to about losing weight.


Here's What I Did


1) I stopped drinking all kinds of soft drinks - all of that sugar and calories add up over time and it wasn't helping me lose weight.


2) I started eating a better breakfast - this is probably one of the biggest things that I did to help me lose weight fast. For some reason, eating in the morning get's the body started and energized for the day helping to burn fat at a faster rate. Give this a try if you're currently skipping breakfast like I was when I was overweight (thinking that I would lose weight by skipping it).


I've learned a lot more and I feel so much better now. There are so many different things you can do and thankfully, I found an awesome system that helped me lose weight faster than ever!
